Bradley Manufacturing partnered with McCain GB, a global leader in frozen food production, to deliver a large-scale LED lighting upgrade across multiple UK manufacturing sites.

The aim was to replace outdated systems with energy-efficient, hygienic and durable lighting capable of withstanding the demanding conditions of food production — from freezer tunnels to high-temperature process areas.

Client Challenge

McCain required a minimum 50% increase in light levels across all operational zones, each presenting unique environmental challenges — including extreme temperatures, airborne chemicals and difficult-to-access areas.

Key considerations included:
